  1. What should I expect during a routine wellness exam?

During a wellness exam, our veterinarians will conduct a thorough physical examination, discuss your pet’s medical history, and address any concerns or questions you may have. Routine vaccinations, parasite prevention, and dental health may also be addressed during these visits.

  1. Are emergency services available?

Yes, All Creatures Vet Clinic provides emergency veterinary care during our regular business hours. Our protocol requires pet owners to call us first so we can determine the seriousness of the visit to determine if All Creatures should see the pet or if an emergency clinic is best for the patient and their medical emergency.

  1. How can I access my pet’s medical records?

You can request a copy of your pet’s medical records by contacting our clinic. They can be printed and picked up or emailed to the client.  A records release form needs to be signed for us to be able to send their records to another person or facility. We can send records via email or fax once the records release file is signed.

  1. What payment options are accepted?

We accept cash, check, card, and Care Credit if the client has the physical Care Credit card with them. Clients that have pet insurance still need to pay with one of the above methods and then when the claim is filed, we will send the records from the visit and the insurance company reimburses the client.

  1. Can I purchase pet medications and food at All Creatures Vet Clinic?

We offer a selection of prescription medications, preventive products, and pet food.

To get prescription medication or food from us, the pet must be a client with All Creatures and have been treated by us in the past. We also have an online store that clients can order items from and have it shipped to their home.

     9. Does All Creatures Vet Clinic offer grooming services?

While we don’t provide grooming services, we can recommend local groomers who offer quality care for your pets. Additionally, we can provide advice on at-home grooming practices.

      10. How do I contact All Creatures Vet Clinic after hours?

All Creatures does not have an emergency number. It is best is to call and leave a message and we will respond ASAP. If it is an emergency and it is after hours, we recommend calling the closest emergency clinic.
