The team at All Creatures Veterinary Clinic is comprised of highly trained and experienced animal health professionals who have a genuine love for working with pets. Our staff treats every patient with the highest quality of medical care as well as a gentle touch.

Dr. C.J. Hellmann, Veterinarian

Dr. C.J. Hellmann was born and raised in Independence, Kentucky. He attended the University of Kentucky and graduated in 1985 with a B.S. in Agriculture. Then he attended Ross University where he graduated in 1989 and started All Creatures Veterinary Clinic in 1991. Dr. Hellmann has a special interest in orthopedic surgery, soft tissue surgery, and dermatology. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association, and also the Northern Kentucky Veterinary Medical Association. Dr. Hellmann has a cat named Ricky Bobby. Dr. Hellmann enjoys working on his family’s beef farm. In his spare time, Dr. Hellmann likes to play golf and go diving. Dr. Hellmann also has three children which keep him busy as well.

Sue Hellmann,  Office Manager

Sue Hellmann has been our office manager since she joined All Creatures Veterinary Clinic. Her duties include managing our staff and efficiently managing our inventory and finances. Sue ensures we have the ability to continue to finance additional medical and surgical equipment to meet the demands of our clients. Sue likes to travel and go diving in her spare time as well as having five grand babies to keep her busy when she’s not keeping the clinic under control!

 

 

Jenn Rimar, Veterinary Technician

Jenn joined the All Creatures family in February 2023. She has 23 years of experience being a veterinary technician and is great at what she does. Jenn has a huge heart and loves all animals. Her love for animals goes farther than work, as she is on the executive board for a local rescue and has 6 dogs, 6 horses, 2 goats, and 5 chickens of her own. She loves spending time with her two kids, saving animals, going to Gatlinburg, horseback riding, and going to movies.

 

 

 

 

 


Dr. Courtney, Joining MAY 2024!

Dr. Courtney is the daughter of Dr. Hellmann, and she is eager to join him and the All Creatures staff in May 2024. Dr. Courtney attended the University of Kentucky where she graduated in 2020 with a B.S. in Agricultural and Medical Biotechnology, and a minor in Biology and Animal Science.  She is currently attending Lincoln Memorial University where she will earn her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in May of 2024. Dr. Courtney has grown up and worked at All Creatures since she was very young, where her passion and love for animals and veterinary medicine grew. Dr. Courtney’s interests are in surgery, preventative medicine, diagnostic imaging, and dentistry.

In her free time, Dr. Courtney enjoys spending time with her fiancé Paul and their two cats, Hank and Charlie. Dr. Courtney is excited to meet all the clients and patients of All Creatures Veterinary Clinic!
